UK Delivery


 

We deliver to the UK. Estimated processing is 1–3 days for most orders, followed by an estimated shipping time of 6–10 days. Processing can take longer for some orders.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers are responsible for return postage if they change their mind. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. ​You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. When exercising this right, return postage is your responsibility.


 
 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@hearth-and-hollow.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where available.
 

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund or replacement where required by law, and cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods.
 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
